Yo huge shout out to Kalani who was patient while I shopped around for prices and asked so many questions about brands (my first time having to buy all new 4 tires). I probably had to call back like 5x and in every interaction, he kept his poise and customer service top-tier!

I got a call the next day when the tires were there. As soon as I showed up, they worked on my car and I was in and out in less than 30 min! Cool and honest dudes. Def would recommend them and do business with them again.

I had a tire blow out after driving over a bolt. The tow truck driver recommended Richmond Tire when I asked for a recommendation.
The friendly, skilled staff checked to see if the tire could be repaired. It could not and I was offered a good, used tire for a fair price. I will go back when I need new tires or another repair.

Ever since my boyfriend introduced me to Richmond Tires, I became a regular customer and won't go anywhere else. I've been here many times already and each time I go here, the customer service is always amazing. The guys are very honest here and not to mention how incredibly quick they are! Was having a horrible day smacked a curb blew out my tire call two other places one Said next week and the other said the next day. Called Richmond Tire Kalani said we have it come on in so I had it towed there I maybe waited ten minutes before he took the car in ten minutes it was done. Extremely happy with this place.

Had a flat last night leaking 5psi every 1-2 mins so I yelped to the nearest Big-O-Tire.  Once they saw a Tesla they turn me away and said to hard to work on.  
I was able to drive get air back in and make it to Richmond Tire.   They are the best especially when situations like this they are my true hero!   A hidden gem and nice workers.  PLUS fast like a pit stop!   Thx guys!
